Labor Day Weekend
While everyone else is out celebrating the holiday weekend, I'll be working.
Because Berkeley Springs is a vacation destination for many people living in the Maryland, Virginia, and DC area, our small arts town is booming with tourists, vacationers and house hunters. Just about everyone in our office is working most of the weekend, showing property to people who hope to be able to call Berkeley Springs their second home.
Many of the vacation homes I'll be showing are rented for the weekend, so I'll be taking my buyers there on Monday, after the renters are gone. Owning a cabin here is a great investment opportunity and depending on what you are looking for, cabins can be found for in the low $100,000's and up.
